Omschrijving

We are looking for a student who has a keen interest in our Corporate Advisory practice – specifically in notarial or corporate law.

You will be employed as a student trainee on a full-time basis, for a period of two-months.

The practice

Our experts repeatedly contribute to initiating, shaping and acting at the forefront of major new corporate law developments, and take pride in going the extra mile to find creative solutions for our clients, understanding their business context and the jurisdictions in which they operate. Our Corporate Advisory experts are at the heart of what we do as a firm and their expertise permeates throughout our complex matters across all areas of expertise.

What you can expect as a student trainee

As a student trainee, the work will include a combination of ‘know-how’ work and participation in the daily practice (including literature and jurisprudence research and the preparation of presentations and advice) and gives the student trainee the opportunity to get to know our (candidate) civil law notaries and lawyers.

You will be able to participate fully in all of our educational and social programmes: both those which are practice specific, and those arranged for the whole firm. You will also participate in our Introduction Day, and have the opportunity to meet other colleagues starting at the same time, in different roles across the firm. You will share a room with one of our (candidate) civil law notaries or lawyers, and be able to accompany them to any (client) meetings.

The requirements

If you are:

  • a third-year Bachelor or Master's student, with a strong academic record;
  • an interest in notarial or corporate law;
  • eager and excited to learn;
  • meticulous and well-organised;
  • proactive; and have excellent Dutch and English language skills,

then we very much look forward to hearing from you.
